How to handle delays in brand communication
Brands typically take up to 5 business days to respond to creators (keep in mind that weekends and holidays don’t count as business days).
Sometimes, brands need extra time because they’re juggling multiple campaigns and creators. We get it—waiting for feedback (and payment, if it’s a paid collab) can be tough, but don’t worry!
Our team keeps an eye on all campaigns. If we notice a delay, we’ll follow up with the brand to nudge them for a response.
