How to Organize and Submit Modular Content Files

When you upload your modular videos, proper organization helps the brand and editors review, cut, and combine your clips easily.

Folder and File Structure

File Naming
Use simple, clear names.
✅ Good: Hook_1.mp4, Body_2.mp4, CTA_1.mp4
❌ Bad: final_video_version3.mp4, draft.mov

Export Settings
- Format: MP4 (H.264 codec)
- Orientation: Vertical (9:16)
- Resolution: 1080x1920
- Hooks: 3–5s | Body: 10–30s | CTA: 3–7s | B-Rolls: 2–10s
How to Submit
- Compress your main folder into a ZIP file.
- Upload via the Insense submission link in the chat.
- Check that all folders and files play correctly and follow the brief.
