Step-by-step solutions to resolve Instagram and TikTok connection issues on Insense
I can't connect my Instagram
- Try it via the mobile app. Our Insense mobile app is the main channel for creators. Please keep it updated and try connecting your socials there.
- Confirm that your Instagram profile is a business profile. If you don’t have an Instagram Business profile yet, convert your Instagram personal profile to a Business account.
- Confirm that you have an Admin or Editor Page role for your Facebook page. Check this Facebook help center article to learn how to see what your role is on a Facebook Page.
- Connect your Instagram account to a Facebook page. Note: Only one Instagram profile can be connected to a Facebook page and vice versa. Your Instagram may be connected to your Facebook account, while still not being connected to a Facebook page.
I can't connect my TikTok
When you are trying to connect your TikTok account to Insense or to apply to a campaign on the app, you need to choose the option to log in to your TikTok using your email and password.
The wrong TikTok profile is being pulled automatically
Our app will pull the TikTok profile that is currently logged in on your default browser app (Safari, Chrome, etc.) Please open your browser apps, go to TikTok, and logout of any account that is currently logged before trying to connect it on Insense.
"Something went wrong!" error
This means your social profile is already connected to another account. Please log in with any other account you created previously.
