How to Connect Your Instagram to Insense

If you’re having trouble connecting your Instagram account to Insense, follow these steps.

1. Confirm Your Instagram Profile Type

  • Your Instagram must be a Professional Business profile, not a Professional Creator or Personal profile.

    • If you currently have a Personal profile, convert it to Professional Business.

    • If you have a Professional profile, double-check that it’s set to Business (not Creator).


2. Connect Instagram to a Facebook Page

⚠️ Connecting your Instagram to just your Facebook account is not enough. It must be linked to a Facebook Page.

  • Open your Instagram app → Settings and activityCreator tools and controlsConnect to a Facebook Page.
    • If you see the option to connect, it means your Instagram is not yet linked to a Page. Tap it and follow Meta’s instructions.

3. Check Your Facebook Page Role

  • You must be an Admin or Editor of the Facebook Page connected to your Instagram and personal Facebook.

4. Enable Tracking for Insense on your phone

  1. Open SettingsPrivacy & SecurityTracking.

  2. Turn ON Allow Apps to Request to Track.

  3. Find Insense in the list of apps and toggle Allow Tracking ON.


5. Fixing "Something went wrong!" Error

If you see this message, it means your Instagram is already connected to another Insense account.

  • Try logging in with your other account(s) to check.

  • If you can’t resolve it, move to the next step.


6. Contact Support

If the problem persists after trying all steps above:

  • Open the Insense mobile app.

  • Go to Account → Support.

  • Our team will assist you further.
