My account is not available anymore. What does that mean?
Understanding Insense's rules and how to restore a suspended account
At Insense, we have clear rules and guidelines that both creators and brands agree to when signing up. These ensure smooth collaborations and a professional environment.
As a creator, here are your key responsibilities:
- Submit content for approval before the deadline expires.
- Respond to brand messages in the chat within 72 hours.
- Maintain polite and professional communication with brands.
If these guidelines are not followed, your account may be suspended.
What happens when your account is suspended?

You won’t be able to apply for new campaigns.
- You’ll be removed from campaigns you applied for but weren’t hired for yet.
- You can still communicate with brands and upload content for campaigns you’ve been hired for.
