How to connect or disconnect your TikTok to Insense

Adding your TikTok Account

Go to the Insense app, then "Account" → “Add new profile” → "TikTok"
Sign in to the TikTok profile you want to add
Follow the instructions on-screen to finish the process

Delete or remove a TikTok or an Instagram profile

Please go to "Account" → Find the profile you'd like to remove and click on "Basic Info" → Scroll down and click on "Delete Profile" ✅

Troubleshooting

I can't connect my TikTok

When you are trying to connect your TikTok account to Insense or to apply to a campaign on the app, you need to choose the option to log in to your TikTok using your email and password.

The wrong TikTok profile is being pulled automatically

Our app will pull the TikTok profile that is currently logged in on your default browser app (Safari, Chrome, etc.) Please open your browser apps, go to TikTok, and logout of any account that is currently logged before trying to connect it on Insense.

"Something went wrong!" error

This means your social profile is already connected to another account. Please log in with any other account you created previously.
