Reshooting content and brand revisions
Understanding brand revision requests and your rights as a creator
What should I do if the brand asks me to reshoot or edit my content?
The brand can provide feedback up to three times, and it must align with the brief. If your content doesn’t meet the stated requirements, a reshoot may be necessary. After three failed reshoots, the brand may cancel the collaboration. Pay close attention to instructions on lighting, video length, music, text overlays, key talking points, and overall engagement.
What if the brand requests content that wasn’t mentioned in the brief?
If the brand asks for additional content beyond the original agreement, you have the right to accept, negotiate a new price, or decline the request. If you choose not to provide extra content, you will still receive full compensation as long as you submit the required content from the brief on time.
