Sending videos and photos to Brands
Best practices when sending content to the brand you're working with!
What is the allowed size of files that I can send?
The allowed file upload size is unlimited.
I’m having problems sending the content.
You should inform the brand in the campaign chat and contact the Insense support team at help@insense.pro or via the chat option.
Can I delete posts after a while?
No, you are required to keep the post(s) within your social media feed forever, unless you and the brand mutually agree otherwise.
Where should I send the content?
Once your content is ready to send to the brand, you can upload it via the campaign chat by selecting the '+' icon at the bottom of the chat.
You should then select the "Content for Review" option (the "Other Content" option is for other content you wish to send the brand such as proof of purchase for products, stat screenshots etc.)
Check that the content meets all the requirements and then tap "Continue"
Select "Photo and Video" to upload content from your device's gallery.
Select the content you want to upload and tap "Add"
You can then see the progress of the content as it uploads. This make take a few minutes depending on the size of the files being uploaded.
Important:
You should always upload content through the campaign chat so that we can ensure compliance with the terms of services.
If for any reason you have problems uploading the content, you should reach out to the Insense team as soon as possible.
If you upload content via Google Drive, please ensure you make the folder public, so that the brand and the Insense team can have access to it.
