Best practices for your communication with brands during collaborations

 

One of the most important things to remember when communicating with brands is responsiveness. Both Insense and the brands highly value quick responses, and it’s essential if you want to succeed and grow on the platform.

Always respond to the chat as soon as possible, and to do that, turning on the app notifications is key. You can do this in the Notification Center in the App.

Consistently fast responses can even earn you a special badge, which boosts your chances of getting hired.

While speed is key, the way you communicate is just as important. You don’t need to be overly formal, but it’s important to be professional. Keep the tone friendly, polite, and respectful. Brands are your clients, so treat the conversation with the same level of professionalism you would expect from a business partner.

✔ Do: "Hey! Thanks so much for your reply 😄 I’m working on the content right now, and I’ll send you some samples and drafts shortly!"

✖ Don’t: "Wassup? Working on this gig, talk to you l8r."


What to Do if the Brand Is Not Responding

If you've sent content for a campaign and haven’t received a response from the brand after 5 business days, reach out to the Insense support team. You can contact us in the app via chat on Account ➝  Support or email us at help@insense.pro.


What if the Brand Wants to Talk Outside the Platform?

All communication regarding a campaign should remain within the platform to ensure everything is documented and in compliance with our terms of service. If a brand insists on communicating outside the platform, please get in touch with the Insense support team via help@insense.pro or through the chat option in the app. We’ll help handle the situation and ensure everything stays on track.
