Maintaining communication about product delivery ensures a smooth collaboration. Here’s what to do in different situations:
- When the product is delivered: Notify the brand that the product has arrived and that you’re ready to begin content creation.
- If the product is delayed: Inform the brand if the product hasn’t arrived by the expected date, as this could impact your ability to meet deadlines.
- If the product is damaged: Immediately inform the brand if the product arrives in poor condition and request further instructions.
Additionally, if the brand hasn’t provided tracking information, you can contact the brand manager via chat to request it. Transparent communication helps build trust and ensures any issues are resolved promptly.
