How to track your product shipment, handle delays, and manage returns

 

When and how will the brand ship the product?

If the brief states that the brand will ship the product to creators, the brand will ship products only after the creator is hired and collaboration status is changed to "content creation." Please keep in mind that brands use different couriers and delivery methods, so delivery times can vary.


Where can I find the tracking number?

You can request the tracking number from the brand in the chat.


I haven't received product yet and my deadline is coming up. What should I do?

If the delivery of a product is holding up your content production, you should check in with the brand and ask if they can provide the tracking link and/or estimated arrival date. You should also ask them for a deadline extension.

It's important to know that you will not be penalized for this. If the brand does not respond after you have reached out to them, please contact us at help@insense.pro and we will follow up on your behalf.

 


 

I received the product, but I can't deliver content. Are there any legal obligations?

You should inform the brand in the campaign chat as soon as possible that you will not be able to provide the content. They will provide instructions for you to return the product. 

Attention: If you do not return the product, the brand has the right to charge for the product by sending an invoice to your provided address.

Until the product is returned / or the case is resolved with the brand, all active campaigns on Insense will be hidden from you.
