How to join Insense as a UGC-only creator

If you've applied to Insense as a creator and were not approved, you may be eligible to reapply as a UGC-only Creator directly through the app.

This option is available to creators who were denied due to account metrics, rather than content quality.

UGC-only creators can participate in campaigns that focus on content creation without requiring them to post content on their own social media accounts.

How to Apply

After receiving your application result, you'll see the option to apply as a UGC-only Creator in the app.

To apply:

1. Go to the Account tab.
2. Click Apply as UGC-only Creator.
3. Upload your portfolio and submit it for review.

The app will guide you through the portfolio requirements before you submit your application.

Portfolio Requirements

UGC-only applications are reviewed primarily based on the quality and variety of the portfolio submitted. Compared to a standard creator application, UGC-only portfolios should demonstrate a wider variety of industries and content styles.

Before applying, make sure your portfolio includes:

• At least 6–12 videos;
• Content featuring at least 2 different product categories (such as Beauty, Lifestyle, Kids & Parenting, etc.);
• At least 2 different video formats (such as Unboxing, Product Demo, Tutorial, or Testimonial videos);
• Examples of both on-camera speaking and voice-over content;
• Good technical quality, including lighting, audio, and editing;
• No filters or watermarks.

Every UGC-only application is reviewed by a member of our moderation team. Because every video is reviewed manually, approval decisions are based on the quality of the portfolio submitted.

To increase your chances of approval, upload only your strongest content and showcase a variety of products, industries, and content formats.

Campaign Eligibility

• UGC-only creators can apply to UGC campaigns that require content creation.

• You may also be eligible for other campaign opportunities in case a brand sends you a direct invitation.

Account Upgrades

If your social accounts later meet the requirements for a full creator account, your account may be automatically upgraded, giving you access to additional campaign opportunities on Insense.

If Your Application Isn't Approved

If your UGC-only application is not approved, you can improve your portfolio and submit a new application directly through the app after 14 days.

• Before reapplying, review the portfolio requirements carefully and replace weaker content with your best and most recent work.

• Focus on increasing the variety of industries represented in your portfolio and demonstrating different content styles and editing skills.
