What should I do if I haven't received the product and my deadline is approaching?

Learn what happens when a product shipment is delayed and what options you have

If you haven't received the product required for your campaign, don't worry—this delay will not affect your profile or performance on Insense.

The most important thing is to keep the brand informed and maintain active communication through the campaign chat.

Contact the Brand

If your product hasn't arrived yet, send a message to the brand through the Insense chat and let them know you're still waiting for the shipment.

This helps the brand understand why you haven't started creating content and ensures there is a record of the delay.

As long as you remain responsive and communicate proactively, the delay will not negatively impact your account.

Option 1: Continue Waiting for the Product

If you'd still like to participate in the campaign, simply continue communicating with the brand and wait for further updates regarding the shipment.

Brands are notified of messages sent through the Insense chat and can provide additional information about the delivery status when available.

Option 2: If You No Longer Wish to Continue

If you'd prefer to cancel the collaboration due to the shipment delay, you'll need to follow these steps:

  1. Inform the brand through the campaign chat that you'd like to decline the campaign.
  2. If you've already received the product, discuss with the brand whether you can keep it or how it should be returned.
  3. Once you've informed the brand, click Request to Decline in the campaign chat.
  4. Briefly explain the reason for your request and submit it for review.

Please note that decline requests cannot be approved unless you've first communicated your decision to the brand through the campaign chat.

After you submit a decline request, our team will review it within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays).
