Steps to resolve delays in receiving your withdrawn funds
Here’s what to expect when withdrawing funds from your Insense Wallet:
- PayPal: Funds typically arrive within 1–3 business days.
- Bank Account: Funds usually take 1–7 business days.
Pleas note that Saturdays and Sundays aren’t business days.
If your funds haven’t arrived within this time frame, here’s what to check:
For Bank Account Withdrawals
- Routing Number: On your Wallet settings, check first if you put on your bank account details a routing number with 9 digits (we can't send the money to an account that doesn't have this routing number with 9 digits).
- W-9 Form: Have you submitted your W-9 form? This is required for transfers. Look for an email from us with the form details, or learn more about the W-9 here. If you can’t find the email, our support team can resend it—just let us know! 😊
For PayPal Withdrawals
Look for an email from us asking you to confirm the transaction. It might be in your spam folder, so be sure to check there too.
