UGC Structure Essentials
Learn the basic structure of a UGC content
UGC (User Generated Content) has become a fairly known concept among Content Creators and Influencers. It’s a video or content generated by the end user of a product or service, having an “authentic-feeling” attached into it naturally, as the brand or company that provides the service or product is not the one talking about it.
A UGC video is mainly composed of 3 things:
-
A “Hook” within the first 2–3 seconds;
-
A “UVP” - Unique value proposition, where you convince the audience that what you’re saying/showing is important and could help/benefit them.
-
A “CTA” (Call to Action) at the end, where you ask the audience to take some form of action.

Remember that, even if your content is for posting, it will be later repurposed by the brand for other placements, as it is, or it could be used in mash-ups with other UGC videos.
To make it easier for brands, always share raw files in addition to ready to use videos and keep in mind technical quality basics.
