What to do if you can’t deliver the agreed content
When a brand provides a product for collaboration, you are expected to deliver the agreed content by the deadline outlined in the campaign brief.
If the content is not delivered after the deadline, the brand has the right to charge you for the product by sending an invoice to the address you provided.
To avoid this situation:
- Contact the brand in the campaign chat and request instructions for returning the product.
